As you probably know, Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000 List is an annually published ranking chart of America’s fastest growing privately held companies. Inclusion within the list, even within the 5000 list, provides a clear statement that a company is on the right track, especially in these tough economic conditions.

eGumball Inc. is on the list second year running...

In 2010, eGumball first entered the Inc.5000 chart ranked 678th. This excellent debut set the stage for an even better performance in 2011. During the past year, we have committed a massive amount of resources to making our services even better and more effective for our clients. We have invested in new technologies, hired a substantial number of technical and marketing experts, and we have worked hard to place an even greater focus on customer service and satisfaction.

This greater focus on our clients’ success, along with the unwavering dedication of our staff, has resulted in a customer retention rate of almost 90% during the course of the past year. That’s right, over 85% of our clients choose to renew their agreement with us when their initial term is up.

Why? Because what we do works, and the vast majority of our clients see an upturn in business as a result of our promotional efforts.

It is this overwhelming customer loyalty, which is to thank for eGumball recording a growth of almost 3000% during the past twelve months, and for our company being ranked in 89th position on the 2011 Inc.500 list.

So what’s in store for the next twelve months?

We will continue to work hard on behalf of all our clients, because ultimately their success is our success. During the second half of 2011 we have already invested heavily in the development of new technologies to help our clients. The eGumball datacenter has been upgraded, and new technical service personnel are in place to field-test the next generation of eGumball technologies. What’s more, we’ve hired two European search engine specialists to help us streamline our services, and develop new promotional and search-marketing approaches. In short, eGumball will keep on working in our customers’ interests.
