Sales and Services

Trained to help identify the most effective ways for eGumball to help your business, our sales advisers and service consultants are there to advise and guide you, and to help you find out which service will be the most beneficial for your company's future on the Internet. Each adviser and consultant receives full training about all our services, and receives two hours of additional training each week, to keep them up to speed with changes by Google, along with new technologies and solutions being developed by our tech department. This continual training insures that you'll always receive the most up-to-date advice possible where the promotion of your business online is concerned.

Technical Department

This is the core of our company. From the moment you become our client, our Techies go to work on your behalf. Whether you've opted for Google Places Optimization, Pay-Per-Click Campaign Management, SEO, or one of our custom packages, our technical department has the necessary expertise to keep you ahead of the competition. This department also features a design team which is able to create a stunning website for you, if you need one. Another sub-division of the tech-department deals with R&D. This is where we develop the latest tools to help us with the promotion of your business. This part of the operation is located away from our headquarters, at a separate office in Washington State.

Customer Support

If you need to make changes to your listing, alter your campaign, or upgrade any of our services, Customer Support is your main point of contact. Featuring a dedicated support staff, separate Q&A team, and a small unit dealing with customer concerns and issue resolution. Together, this department is ready to deal with any inquiry you may have about all aspects of eGumball's services.

Additionally, the customer support team also encompasses our staff of personal accounts managers, who deal with any and all questions you have with regard to your Google Places Listing or PPC Package.
