After two decades in the Promotional Product business, and well over a decade in the website development sector, I have cause to pause and marvel at how far we've come already. When I founded eGumBall Inc., we had three employees, a small office space (not even fit for a lunch break) and a single Pentium One computer. Since then we have increased our staff to well over fifty, our service facility to 14,000 sq ft, and we are now running a computer mainframe system worth many hundreds of thousands of Dollars – an investment in our customers, our employees and all our futures.

It's hard to believe that we launched our first website way back in 1996, before the term SEO was ever invented, and a full two years before Google was officially launched. Sitting here and reflecting back across a decade and a half, I understand how much online commerce has evolved during this time, and how consistently eGumball has been at the forefront of this evolution. I see that the most creative and successful marketing campaigns we have launched are those campaigns which utilize a variety of promotional and marketing media within a single cohesive whole.

Over the years we have dealt with the most demanding clients, and provided them with optimal solutions for even the most complex and challenging marketing initiatives. As time has passed, Google's focus has become more localized in its nature. Since the release of Goog-411 back in 2007, the search engine has launched a number of services to satisfy its users' growing tendency to use Google as a local business search tool. From the business owner's point of view, the most crucial of these has been Google Places for Business, the only online business directory with listings which are fully integrated not only into Google's organic search results, but also into the masses of smart-phones used to make local business searches each day across the United States.

Once again, the nature of local business online is evolving, and once again eGumball stands at the forefront of this evolution, ready to maximize these emerging opportunities for all our clients.
