How eGumball maintains its internal do-not-call list and follows FTC and FCC rules.
eGumball, Inc. Do-Not-Call Policy
eGumball is a business-to-business company. We call business owners about local search marketing for their businesses, and we respect every request not to be called. This policy explains how we keep our calling lists clean and how to make sure we do not call you.eGumball, Inc. has adopted the policies below to comply, where they apply, with the Federal Trade Commission's ("FTC") Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Federal Communications Commission's ("FCC") rules under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and state do-not-call laws. We go further than those rules require: we honor every request not to be called, whether or not the law covers it.
How to Stop Our Calls
Ask any eGumball representative during a call, call us at (800) 890-8940, or email info@egumball.com. Give us the phone number or numbers you do not want called. We will add them to our internal do-not-call list and stop calling within 10 business days of your request.A request covers eGumball, Inc. and anyone calling on our behalf. It stays on our list for at least five years, unless you later ask us to contact you again.
How We Keep Our Lists Clean
- We call businesses, not consumers. The National Do Not Call Registry protects home and personal phone numbers, and calls from one business to another business line are generally outside it. Our calling lists are built from business phone numbers only.
- If a number on our list turns out to be a home or personal line, we remove it.
- We scrub our calling lists to remove mobile phone numbers, including numbers that were moved from a landline to wireless service.
- Every representative is trained on this policy before making calls.
- Our representatives identify themselves and eGumball, Inc. by name, and give a telephone number where we can be reached.
